Project planning and engineering
Since the foundation of our company in 1968 we have concentrated on working together with our customers to implement optimum, inexpensive solutions. Today our innovative team of engineers and technicians plan, design and manufacture your system to your requirements and wishes, placing our many years of experience at your disposal.
We safeguard customer specifications with our internal quality system and follow the latest project planning principles which are stipulated in the Mathis SOP (Standard Operation Procedure).
This provides a reliable monitoring system with ongoing customer control throughout the duration of the project from the initial contact through to on-site commissioning and acceptance. All higher-level valid legal regulations, directives and regulatory measures (GMP, FDA, PIC, ATEX) are naturally fully complied with.
We follow the following internal project stages:

Process project planning and its implementation as a system is carried out by our experienced application and process engineers in collaboration with the customer on the basis of the user requirements specification (URS) and the derived performance specifications. The resulting technical description with all known requirements and limit values serves for the identification of further solutions.

Mechanical project planning is carried out with actively maintained state-of-the-art 3D modeling software.

Electrical project planning is carried out on database/library based project planning software.
|
| 4. |
We design and network the PLC, hardware & software and the HMI and specify the system controls and operation. The latest PLC systems and intelligent touchscreens are employed.

Our manufacturing and purchasing departments can monitor deadline-compliant manufacturing with the aid of a modern ERP system and coordinate it accordingly.

Final testing of large-scale systems is carried out at our works and documented and accepted by the customer at the final installation site in accordance with the provisions of the FAT (factory acceptance test) und SAT (site acceptance test)
